Louisville ACLU

Forty years after the Civil Rights Movement of the ’60s many believe that we’ve moved past ugly racial and cultural stereotypes. However, perception isn’t always reality. With more than 200 million queries happening every day, it’s fair to say that search gives us an honest peek into society’s unfettered thoughts.

What it reveals is surprising. Using real screenshots from actual Google suggested search results, this poster campaign for the Louisville ACLU brings to light that no matter how far we think we’ve come, we still have a long way to go.
